Privacy Policy

Last updated September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Logan Mussman Law PLLC (“Logan Mussman Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit loganmussmanlawpllc.com or contact us through this website. By using the site, you acknowledge this policy. It is not a substitute for a written engagement agreement and does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.

Who we are

Logan Mussman Law PLLC is an Arizona law firm based in Phoenix, AZ, focused on juvenile law and child welfare matters. Contact: loganmussmanlaw@gmail.com · (602) 345-0194 (available 24/7).

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our website contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Practice-area preference (if selected)
  • Message and any case details you choose to share

If you call, text, or email us directly, we also receive whatever information you provide in that conversation.

Technical and hosting information

Like most websites, our hosting provider (currently Vercel) and related infrastructure may automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We do not currently run separate third-party advertising or analytics pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we use information

  • To respond to consultation requests and other inquiries
  • To schedule and provide legal services if we are retained
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website
  • To comply with legal, ethical, and professional obligations

How form submissions are delivered

Contact-form submissions are emailed to the firm using an email delivery service (currently Resend). Messages are sent from a firm-controlled address (for example, forms@loganmussmanlawpllc.com) to our inbox, typically with your email set as the reply-to address so we can respond directly. Those providers process the message content only as needed to deliver email on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the website and communications (for example, hosting and email delivery), under their respective terms and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or professional rules, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

If you become a client, additional confidentiality and privilege rules apply under applicable law and any engagement agreement. Do not assume that submitting a website form alone creates an attorney-client relationship or makes your message privileged.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar client-side tracking technologies. We do not place cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalization. Our hosting provider may still generate ordinary server logs (as described above) when pages are requested; those logs are not cookies set by this site.

Retention

We keep inquiry and client-related information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, meet recordkeeping and ethical requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on whether an engagement is formed and on applicable rules.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a professional services website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers (for example, Social Security numbers or full account numbers) through the public contact form unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.

Children

This website is directed to adults seeking legal information or representation. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you from website inquiries by emailing loganmussmanlaw@gmail.com or calling (602) 345-0194. We may retain certain information when we are legally or ethically required to do so (including client-file retention rules).

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, Google reviews or the Arizona Bar). Their privacy practices are their own. Review those policies before providing information there.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
